Domain Name / Web Site help!

As far as i was aware, no company can prevent you using their name to sell their product as long as there can be no confusion surrounding the origin of the product. i.e. there is a type of solid fuel called coke, if i start a website cokesales.com, and it was clear that i was not selling on behalf of/affiliated with coca-cola, there is nothing they could do.
I would go for it and see what happens. If you do appear on the radar of the company in question, they're going to ask you to remove their trademark first of all. With the current price of domain names, you're hardly going to lose anything
