Window Seals

On our uPVC windows the rubber trims(?) that go between the frame and the glass have bits missing towards the corners. The windows were like this when we bought the house so I'm not sure why this has happened.

I've two questions. Firstly, are the trims easily replaceable? and if so, where can I get them from?

Apologies if I'm not using the right term as I haven't been able to find out what the rubber bits are called.

On a different but related question. On one of our windows the window ledge doesn't join with the window frame. I need to seal this as a draft is getting through. The problem is the gap grows from approx 1mm to over 10mm at the other which seems too wide to use Mastic. Because the width changes it will also be difficult to use a foam seal. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

    Yes, the rubber is replacable.

For that kind of gap, use a quadrant trim or 20mm fillet strip trim stuck on with any no-nails type of product.
