Transfer overdraft to 0% card

I have a 0% student overdraft which I have almost paid off but I will not manage to pay it off in full before the bank changes my account and I have to pay interest, as I am no longer student.
I want to transfer the debt to a 0% credit card as I will be able to pay it off within 6 months. Is this possible and which card should I go for?
