Virtually all of them are, because under the Consumer Credit Act the card companies are liable jointly with the retailer and thus should refund you if the goods are faulty/do not arrive/are not otherwise fit for purpose.

In the days of old Barclay Card used to price match within 60 days of finding the like for like goods cheaper elsewhere.

Just got a Shell Mastercard from Citibank this includes the option of Extended Warranty on electrical goods, 30 days purchase protection and 60 days price protection (retail stores ie escl Internet). You can see the deatils in the Key Facts docs. (All are relevant to card but purchase protection etc are about 3/4 the way down the page,)
