Hi, has anyone got any amazing advice on how to assist my seriously broken 5th metatarsal to heal? After 5 months of being in a cast, I'm getting desperate!

Milk? heh. No idea for bones, when i had a cyst on my metertarsel it left a large hole like thing on my bone and that hadnt completely heeled by the time i stopped going to outpatients so perhaps metertarsels take a time!
