Selling phoe and private feedback

I'm finally selling a phone on ebay - I've had it for ages but have been putting it off!
I've got a bid already buth they've got private feedback, they have 18 negs for 2013 transactions. Should I be worried? I though I'd covered myself by saying noone with zero feedback or from abroad.
What would you reccommend?
(If I don't reply it's because I have to go to work soon-I will read all replies)

If you're worried... cancel their bid (put 'private feedback' as the reason, I would) and block them.
Can you tell how many of the negs are recent?My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Do you think it's worth cancelling it now? It's got 9 days left to run. Or is hidden feedback a danger sign and something to block straight away?
It doesn't say if the negs are recent. I thought I was being so careful
