I cant put my address into student finance form

Im just starting my form for my loans and i need an art id, but it wont let me put my address in maunaly.
any ideas as to how i can do it.

Hmm, I haven't tried to do this so I can only guess - is the initial screen a house number and postcode thing and you are trying to enter something more complicated (like house name/flat number)?
If that is the case, last year you had to type in a number and postcode and then you could adapt it manually - I don't know if it is the same this year though.
Failing that call student finance direct and failing that call your LEA for a paper form!0 -
