when booking trains with travelling through london tubes included you are given a longer journey time , ie, 1 hr between tube stations, e.g, london bridge to euston. they know full well its a 20min journey but they give u the time as an indication so u arent rushing and arent late and incase there are delays and u need to switch lines to get there!
u reach in at euston 30 mins before your outward train, allowing you time to pick up tickets, buy food n mags and wait for your train to be called...
they give you an hour when checking train times for a reason.
you never gave yourself enough time so u lost out. southern dont owe you a penny.0 -
i realise this now, TFL told me train would be quickest i shouldve just stuck with the tube and the bus forget taking trains, they don't come often and are often late0

Freddie is off to Wembley on 30th March. Now Wembley is a 'Public Transport Destination'. Only problem is that I looked into catching the train from Stonehouse to London, to be there before 12:30. Guess what, the train cannot guarantee to get me there! So it is car to Hillingdon!0
