The only thing I would say is when I first started using it about 8 years ago I sort of knew what I wanted to do but all the help etc was abit accountanty, I used quickbooks for dummies along side it until I got used to all the accountants speak.0

I've just put a nice excel spreadsheet together that has formulas in place to make sure its right, please if anyone is good at these things check it out for me and confirm that it is acuarate (it seems to fit TaxGeek's calcs exactly, but are you 100% sure).
Also is that 'buniness profit', what is left after VAT has been paid to (or reserved for) HMRC (and all costs & expenses removed). I just need to be sure.
