GAP Insurance Help Needed

Hello
My daughters car was written off several weeks ago.The car insurance people want to give her x amount but her GAP insurance have told her that the car was worth more and that she should get her car insurance company to pay extra.
If she just accepts the pay out from her insurance company will the GAP insurance automatically pay the difference or will they be awkward.

The GAP insurance would say that won't they? - as they are the ones paying the difference.
I would authorise the GAP to talk direct with your insurer to sort this out.0 -
