Want a cheap stay in Cavo Maris Beach Hotel Cyprus

Cavo Maris Beach Hotel
Saw this hotel online and it looks great but a bit exp.
Any ideas how and where i could get it cheaper? Or a £99 flight to cyprus from london?
Is it always better to wait until last minute to book ? I have never been to Cyprus so am not sure which way is best, should i book accom and flight seperate or, take a package holiday deal to this hotel which includes flights....im also amazed that prices in july and aug is less exp than mid sept?
