the local papers round the norfolk/suffolk area will have discount vouchers. Or maybe leaflets in tourist information offices might have some discount

The local paper 'The Lowestoft Journal' this week has £1 per person voucher, you can always pick one up at the Tesco which is by the entrance to the theme park.

The offer I linked to above is £2 per person.
