Wireless extender/bridge what?

I have a PC connected to a router upstairs and found that the signal to my two downstairs PCs was weak.
I use this range extender

one each for the rooms that my downstairs PCs are in.
It's very cheap (Belkin are a bit of a cheap and nasty brand, I suspect) and sometimes they sulk, and need a bit of a talking to. But they work very well the vast majority of the time, boosting a 'low' or 'very low' signal to 'excellent'.0 -
I wouldn't touch Belkin with a very long barge pole.
Go for something like this
Double the Mbps too, and has the "Repeater for range extension,"
