I have only ever used the flour for breadmaking machines which is more expensive. Now when that is all used up, I am going to try the value flour too. Thanks all :)

  • Well I made a loaf last night with about 300g old value plain flour and about 200g old self raising flour - rest went in as normal and came out gorgeous this mornign! Soft, fluffy, no big holes and perfect for sandwiches - no more expensive bread flour for this Princess! Thanks everyone!!!
