Anyone Ever Sent Key Off To Chubb To Get More Cut?

Just moved into new offices in North London and came with a special security Chubb lock and no one is able to cut the key for me.

They all say I have to send back to Chubb to get cut. It is a Chubb B - Design 979582.

Has anyone ever sent one off to Chubb to get cut? Where do you send it and how much is it?

Do Chubb have shops in London which would do it?

i have a high security chubb lock (for cash office) and it cant be copied by normal keycutters. the keys came with a certificate and details for getting it copied...as far as i remember you need to submit the key and certificate to them if you want it copied - i might be wrong though.

No idea how much it costs, but imagine expensive.

If you dont require such a special security lock you could get it replaced another lock and get keys copied as normal?
