as I said in previous posts

the addresses on the statements will be the new address if they are recently requested copy statements you are looking at. They will only show an old address if they are the original statements received at that address. This is because if the account is still open and active and you request historic copy statements, they will be prepared and posted to the address which is currently held on the account.

In terms of the transactions, balances and omissions - are you looking at statements which are certified as true copies by either a solicitor or a member of the bank?

It does not sound as though you are looking at originals, so are they photocopies?

You say they are printouts, but I'm not sure they are that either because they would be shortened to the bank codes used. The cheque numbers would be on them though.

I honestly don't know that any of us can be of any more help without actually physically seeing the documents you are looking at.

Well, its all over... It turns out the Courts weren't interested in the statements anyway!!!! Or in the lies she's told, or in the delaying actics shes used... So, the result!! She gets 10% of b/f pension as its value was in 2003 when the divorced - that is 5.7% of todays valuation. A total of £7,000, she cannot access this, she gets £1800 lump sum when she retires in 25 years, and about £200 per year!!! How i laughed!!! Not at the fact she gets more money - that really annoys me (thats being polite!) But £16.66 per month!!! Hilarious!! Was it worth 2 years of stress - No!! But bloke gets to keep most his pension and we can look forward to our future together now.. Thankyou for all your help... I really appreciate it, you helped me when things were really getting me down!! Thank you all for your time and patience! Oh and by the way, Bloke wants her arrested for producing a false document to the Court... We'll see what happens there.... xx
