Underfloor heating (electric) advice please

Hi, other half wants UFH in the kitchen. Existing concrete screen dictates that we cannot use a wet system (thank God). Having dug up a couple of layers of existing tiles we have 25mm to play with. Is this enough for insulation+electric mat+tile ?

Any advice/recommendations appreciated. Cheers.

The mats also need to have screed on top of them for heat transfer I think. Is the 25mm including new tiles? It doesn't sound like a lot (1 inch total), but as the screed is used for heat transfer, maybe the overall depth i.e. including what is already there is what matters. I would ask one of the manufacturers to make sure.

Thanks beinerts. 25mm inlcudes new tiles. Having looked around the web, on top of the concrete screed we have to do :-
    1. primer or adhesive
    2. insulation (6mm or 10mm is all we have room for)
    3. electric mat
    4. tile adhesive
    5. tile
Std ceramic/porcelain tile depth is 9mm and so, as far as I can tell, it will work with 10mm insulation. Cheers.
