MoreThan - share youre NCB with partner

I received a letter from MoreThan this morning that said I could share my NCB with my partner (or use it on a second car of my own). Basically no matter how few NCB my girlfriend has she can use my 6 years worth and it will be protected "for life" just like my own.
Obviously with me at 65% and protected NCB and the girlfriend at 1 years only and unable to protect them yet there is a potential to save some decent cash (MoreThan were also by far the cheapest insurance quote for me after checking 20+ insurers).
Has anyone done any checking into this offer? it's on their website also.
