Cash advance charges?

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I am trying to help my husband claim some of the charges back from halifax credit card does anyone know if the cash advance charges can be included as unfair charges?

    I am calculating charges from the last 6 years

    late payments etc = 394.00
    repayment cover added to the credit card = 2,651.88
    how do they work out cash advance charges can i reclaim these? they range from 10 - 25 pounds
