    Depends on the area. If its not heated... A swimming pool is a big drain.. lots to sort out, extra costs in repairs and water bills etc. If it is heated then again more money for bills etc.

    Not everyone wants a swimming pool in their back garden... So it definately wont add much average value in my opinion its too specialised. If you was selling in spain then a pool would be a must etc. and would add value definately

  • I'm not sure I can make a judgement on the inclusion of the swimming pool until I have tried it out for myself. I'll don my speedo's and will be round at 8pm for a quick dip. :D
