I joined the Haifax in 87 had the old Maxam account the current account with interest, changed to the new higher interst account last Dec looking at my statements to find i have not had interest as promised lots of money gone throgh the account so i qualify for the interst, called them and they said actually ive had no interest on any money going through the account for just over ten years they are now looking at the account so fingers crossed, please anyone with a halifax account check to see if you have been paid interest

I have the Ultimate Reward account and I get interest paid every month. Seems you have just fallen through the net. But you could get a nice wee lump sum coming your way!
