I quite like 4od player, I have vista and it seems to work fine. I always miss good programmes so its a great help.
BBC iPlayer is great, much better quality.

I downloaded it too thinking i could catch up on some episodes of ER i missed, only to find you have to pay for anything decent.
Very dissapointed as C4 arenot repeating ER on tv0 -

I had this problem, but found a free programme at http://thetechnophile.blogspot.com that stops 4OD, iplayer and sky anytime using your PC's resources when you are not viewing! hope this helps.
