I'm thinking of escaping the painful world of MOT, endless maintainance bills, spiralling road tax, excessive fuel duty by getting rid of the car altogether and using my bike.
I was wondering though, if I change my mind will my no claims discount still be there waiting for me or will the gap mean that I have to start from zero again?
