Please help - do we need earth bonding?

I remember a program on the TV about disabled lifts for the bath and a woman buying one and the electrician forgetting to earth the thing?
The woman died because of electric shock and the same can happen to you if the shower isn’t earthed? Water and electric don’t mix or haven’t you heard???I'm not poor i'm just skint0 -
Earthing and bonding is VERY important..
You can still do it yourself, but in certain cases you need to inform building control and it may need testing by a qualified electrician.
The DIY websites are very vague about bonding. This site seems to be the best I have found so far-
