Roof vents.

Anyone got any idea how much (or little) I'd need to consider spending to install a roof vent (possibly electric if there is such a thing?) to a van to keep dog cool whilst van stationary.

A popular make is flettner, you'll find a few on ebay. They're completely wind powered, and you have to drill a rather large hole in the roof0
