Its a specialised feeding bottle for babies and so I would not think too heavy. The postage was $10.

I assume a chargeback is for non-receipt? Also, if I do start a chargeback should I notify the seller or contact him in any way before starting it? Also, should I ask him if it was sent surface or airmail to get more of an idea of delivery time?

    Sorry for all the questions!

Yes the chargeback is for non receipt and I would not actually warn the seller you were going to do it as it gives them a chance to clear out their paypal account if they haven't already done so. You can always cancel the chargeback if the item arrives.

As for whether the item is surface mail or airmail your eally did need to know that before you bid, go back to the original auction does it say anything there about postage method? It doesn't really matter though whether it was surface or airmail the chargeback can only be stopped if the seller can prove delivery.
