It's a Delia Smith recipe for sausage rolls. Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link but for me it was the 2nd listing when I googled 'sausage roll recipe'.
The butter is being frozen as per...I can follow until...Next add enough cold water to form a dough that leaves the bowl clean...
I'm a total noob at this, a quick guesstimate please, I've no idea if it needs a teaspoon of water or a pint.

Try two tablespoons of water to start with and then add it by the teaspoon after thatI am the leading lady in the movie of my life
