Firstly hello all.
Right here goes lol, at the moment i am doing Access to Teaching, i have 3 kids and a husband. We currently get IS for me and hubby + a long term sick premium for hubby, Child tax credits and Housing and Council Tax benifits. (Hubby is meant to get Incapacity benifit, but a tax error means he does'nt qualify, which in turn meant i did not qualify for ALG).
As from Sept i will be studying at Uni full time, i have won a place a Primary Ed BA (yippi!!!). What i'd like to know is exacly what i have to claim for and what my income is going to be so i can make plans etc, it's very complicated though.
I will be studying in London, but commuting in from Kent daily.
Thanks in advance
jackie

Have you applied to your LEA for funding yet?
You can apply HERE
or contact your LEA and ask them to send you the forms. The link above also has an entitlement calculator which will give you some idea what you can expect to receive and information on where else you apply for funding and support.
Congratulations on receiving your place.
