Warning to Cahoot Account Holders

Just wanted to warn you about a Cahoot account I have had. Despite the ever increases in interest I managed to get another loan to clear the account. I requested a final value settlement and paid the same day. I then requested to close the account although they advised me to keep it open in case I needed for a rainy day! Yeah right! So I ensured the direct debit was cancelled too.
Received letter today (2 months after settling!) stating I owe £1.53 and because they could not take the DD from my bank a further charge of £30!
I spoke with an advised and immediately resolved, fortunately she was human!

... just beware if you have an account with them!
