current accounts for 14 year olds

Can anyone give me some advice on the best current accounts for 14 yr olds. They have savings accounts but now want an account with a cash card so they can draw money out from a machine when they need to buy something. I have tried research but all advice is on student accounts, which they are too young for or adult accounts.
Thanks
Thanks

All high street banks have account for under 18's. I recommend HSBC or NatWest as both gives out Solo debit card. I believe Barclays and Halifax give out Electron card which is less widely accepted than Solo. All accounts can be managed through online banking.

NatWest - http://www.natwest.com/personal02.asp?id=PERSONAL/DAY_TO_DAY/CURRENT_ACCOUNTS/STANDARD_ACCOUNTS/STEP_ACCOUNT
Barclays - http://www.personal.barclays.co.uk/BRC1/jsp/brccontrol?site=pfs&task=homefreegroup&value=12858
Halifax - http://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/youthaccounts.asp
Personally, I recommend HSBC.0 -

I like the look of the NAt West account. It seems to pay an interest rates that's slightly better than the others.0 -

The linked HSBC savings account actually pays the highest interest rate of those accounts which come with a debit card which can be used in shops.
If you just want a cashcard - which can only be used in ATM's then have a look at the Nationwide SMART account which pays a bit more..
