Outlook Trying To Send A Message

Outlook is trying to send a message but I don't know what it is. Nothing is showing in the outbox. Is it a read receipt? I have turned off the automatic return receipts but that has not cleared it. The message is trying to send via an old account that I only use for incoming messages. Because I use a different service provider, the message won't send. If I connected to the old service provider, I am sure that it would send. However, I don't wan't to do this because it would involve scrambling around with a load of wires and also I am concerned because I don't know what it is. Any thoughts how to stop this message trying to send every time I connect?
