I doubt that you're going to find anything similar for much less. In which case, I can only think of three options:
1. Connect the output of your existing cassette deck to your PC sound card input (assuming you have one).
2. Connect the output of your existing cassette deck via an interface box to your PC USB port.
3. Get yourself an mp3 player with a line input socket and connect this directly to your cassette player to do the recording - then transfer the resulting mp3 files to your PC.Stompa0
