My vouchers arrived this morning, and I live in Hertfordshire.

I did not get the 500 extra points for being a Food Club member, from my June order for wine (thanks to MSE), but when I phoned Clubcard just now, the lady said she would put them on for me - they have been having some problems with these.

More to the point, I discovered that you can use your deal tokens in Goldsmiths. I have been telling my husband for ages that I really would like a diamond eternity ring. I know what I am going to get for my birthday in January.

My Tesco receipt said on Monday that points were totalled at the end of July and statements would be sent out by September 8th (?). Mine hasnt arrived yet, didnt expect it yet. Not sure wether we are classed as the midlands or the north but my card is quite old so it has an early number.

I think that we can not expect our 500 points from the food club wine order to be added so we might as well all get letters ready and send them off. Nor the extra points for sending ink cartridges either.

I am hoping that my Dad has a mailing because I only got a card for him in July but I made sure that there was over 150 points on it.

Very interested to know what money off coupons or extra points coupons people have had with their statements.

got my statement today, and oh, quelle surprise the 1000 points for the wine code haven't gone on!
Phoned the "help" line who said they were having problems and it should appear on November statement, they didn't sound overly convincing, and as is so common nowadays with great British customer service, the word 'sorry' was never mentioned, pretty crap really!

    still waiting mine

Not sure if the 1000 extra for online garden equipment has been added to the total on my receipts

anyone else had this added- is it itemised separately

Tesco credit card - it doubles as a clubcard & supposed to be linked to clubcard but after first use noticed its appears a seprate thing on receipt ( nothing carried forward from prev shop with normal clubcard - online says 500+ pts on clubcard since last voucher mail- not yert recd ) - is this right or do they reconcile later

I got my vouchers today and a bit disapointed. Normally there are double points vouchers and at least a few vouchers to claim 500+ points.
This time only vouchers to collect points to the total of £2.15. Do you think that this is because of the amount of points I have accumalated (2423 due to the frozen organic items and beef in gravy).

Im thinking if you don't get many points they give you better vouchers to encourage you. Anybody else find this .

During my university years (when there was no Tesco nearby, and my clubcard was only used on petrol back home) I got extra points coupons to the value of 3000 points. Now that I am living near to a Tesco, and using it regularly, vouchers tend to be 50p off something, with the occasional 200 bonus points voucher.

I have set up a form for discussing Clubcards points etc if anyone is interested, link in my profile. A domain name has been registered and will hopefully be in use in a couple of days.
