Next Clubcard mailing

Just checked my Air Miles balance and Tesco converted my points and added the new miles on the 3rd August, so the cut-off was definately end of July. I've not yet received the Clubcard statement / extra vouchers which arrive in the post though.

I'm the same but I looked online and saw my clubcard balance hasn't been amended to reflect the transfer to airmiles. Is there a delay or have they made a mistake and forgotten to remove them from my account?

My clubcard points balance has not changed yet either - I imagine its just a delay, but would be nice if they have forgotton!

Got mine today (well Thursday that is).
Couldn't work our where all my beef in gravy points were going to - points disappearing off my balance. Rang CS for the 3rd time and finally found someone who had a clue. Turns out we have 4 accounts on the system - 1 for 2 joint clubcards and 1 for our current Tesco CC plus 2 for previous Tesco CC card accounts which had been closed but still had some points!

They said I need to riung back around the beginning of September after the mailings are done so they can merge them all! Was very surprised - because I'm sure the Tesco cc application required the clubcard number to be quoted. Ah well, least I've still got my 6000 odd points.

My points have cleared and my receipt says I will get it by 9th Sept. Surname E EDIT Actually it may go by other halfs name

Where exactly please do you go online to view your club-card points?

Click the box 'Your clubcard account - Check the points balance of your account' on the right of the screen.

You will need to login to view the balance.

Ps I you have not got an account set up (e.g. for home shopping) you will need to register.
