Has anyone else had trouble with Simply Supplements, I purchased three items from them on the 21st January, 10 days later one third of the order arrived, a week after that a bit more arrived, in the middle of Feb I phoned them and they said all the order had been dispatched on the day of the order , I waited another week and e mailed them , they replied that the missing items had been dispatched on the 11th Feb, I wrote back to say please cancel and pay my money back for the undelivered part of my order, they then apologized and said the item was out of stock, but they ignored my request for my money back, they then wrote and said they would pay me back when I return the goods. On the 3rd the package arrived and I sent it back the same day with a proof of posting and I have e mailed them a copy, but now they do not even reply to my e mails and they have not paid the money back to my acc.
I for one will not buy from them again they just don't give a monkey's as long as they get your money, they have had mine since 21st Jan.

I ordered some glucosamine from Simply supplements and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The ordering process was easy and secure, the updates concerning my order were received and the order arrived within 3 days. Buy one get one free and free postage - I will be going back and recommend people try these guys out for themselves...

MMM new poster drags a thread up from 2008 both posts on the same company singing their praises. If i was cynical?

Would you trust a company that feels the need to spam forums?

you would do though wouldn't you, seeing as you probably work for them (this and your 1 other post on this here website are praising them to the hilt when others are complaining).

I made an order last year and it took so long to be delivered that I quered it. I got a parcel 2 days later, then I got another 2 weeks later Also if you go throught Quidco you get quite a big percentage cash-back
Simply Supplements spent £14.20 cash-back £3.90

Right, so I have to actively post in irrelevent forums to gain some kudos before getting flamed for posting my experience with a company I have dealt with. I do visit this site regularly and if I feel I have something to add to a thread I will post.. on any company.

I ordered a small value item once. It never turned up. I could not be bothered to complain. I still get their brochure in the post.
