Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The prize for two people includes top price tickets to the 22 April 2008 performance of GONE WITH THE WIND at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane, London with after-show party passes (venue to be confirmed) and overnight accommodation in a twin or double room (b&b) at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. Any additional items are to be purchased by the competition winner. The prize is only valid on the date specified. No cash alternative available. Travel to and from London is not included. Five runners up will receive a musical tie-in paperback book of Gone With the Wind.
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, and Dewynters their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.telegraph.co.uk/promotions and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Gone with the Wind Winner, Telegraph Promotions Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between March 16, 2008 and April 15 2008.
4. All entries must be received by 5pm on Friday, March 21, 2008.
5. The winners will be notified within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
7. One entrant shall win two tickets to see 22 April 2008 performance of Gone with the Wind at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane, London with after-show party passes (venue to be confirmed) and overnight accommodation in a twin or double room on a bed and breakfasts basis at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. The prize is only valid on the dates specified and does not include travel, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than those mentioned.
Five runners up will receive a musical tie-in paperback book of Gone With the Wind.
8. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
9. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
11. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Dewynters.
