i know pcw are not on here very much but i must say i was happy with the service from them on the 13th march
well to start of with i brought a advent laptop on the 7/8/07 and it want in to be repaired over christmas and got it repaired.
then it started to play up again so i called them out on the 28/02 and they picked it up but could not find the error.
so i want in to the store on the above date to see if they could help and they saw the history of the repairs well one of them anyway some how the other was not on the system yet it was on the tracking bit of their site so he said they would just change the laptop so i have now got a compaq 17itch and its a better spec then the old one so hands of to them:money:

just an update in the 21st i had to go back with it and one said it would have to go back to be repaired
so i spoke to the bloke who changed it in the 1st place and said ok i will just change it for you
and the other bloke's face was a picute0
