    If your old car is that bad, forget partexing it as it is worth nowt except scrap, so take it to the scrapman.

    Having done that, look at the "Honest John" website for guidance on all things car, look at the car supermarkets he lists and see what the newest suitable car is you can get for the money you have/want to spend.

    Take on board the advise from others about loans, go to your chosen carmart and see what the best deal you can get is, financing from your chosen source.

    With regard to the Ibiza, at 78k miles you will be approaching big bills so I would say no anyway. Good Luck.
