I have had this happen a couple of times. Once on a £15 off £100 which was refunded back to me without question, and then a few weeks ago I used a £15 off £75 but was told I needed to email the details, but I didn't as I obviously don't have the original code in a email  so I used it again this week and it worked! I do think as others have said it depends on who you speak to from customer services!DFW no.630!

I rejected my shopping last night because the £15 pound voucher was not applied due to the buy one get one free offers.
I immediately reordered for tonight with a different voucher.
The delivery driver noticed my address and phoned head office because my voucher was not applied again.
I had a phone call from Dundee to say 'I know you had problems last night. Will you be accepting your order tonight as the voucher has not been applied. I said not if the voucher has been rejected. They immediately said they would credit my account and have emailed me.
Just waiting for my shopping now.
If a voucher is rejected - they should give you the chance to reject the order.
It's in their terms and conditions.
Everyone should just reject the order if they do not apply the voucher and immediately reorder. They will soon change their procedures.
It is not worth the hassle accepting the order and fighting through emails or over the phone.
Just learn to say NO!0
