i joined them in nov 2007,primarily for cheap membership and cashback thru quidco,never used them since end of dec,but they have still been taking money out of my bank,so today i decided to cancel my mebership,but it says on my account i have 2 dvds outstadning sicne 24/01/08??? 1stly i never got those and 2ndly it wouldnt take me 2 mnoths to watch 2 dvds,there saying if i dont return them iam liable for £30 each dvd,what can i do? has anyone else had problems with them??

Both Lovefilm & blockbuster have procedures for dvd's lost in the post, either on route to you or theie return. I expect Mymoviestream have the same system somewhere. Try asking them.

Ok,sorry I didn't read your post fully.Were they dvds you had ordered? Don't you get messages from them saying what has been despatched at the time?
