Cheap bamboo?

Hi everyone!
I was wondering whether anyone knows where I can get some cheap(ish) bamboo plants for screening in the Sheffield area?
I'm having terrible problems with some anti-social neighbours whose aggressive behaviour is wrecking what used to be the peaceful haven of my garden. I also really don't want to have to look at the rubbish tip that is their garden any more! (Please don't think that this is the voice of a paranoid, whiny person who is always complaining about every little thing! I think I'm generally easy going, but these people would try the patience of a saint. My entire street is up in arms about their behaviour, and the neighbours on the other side are actually moving out as a direct consequence of their actions).
I'm looking for screening plants so I can minimize the the effect their behaviour is having both psychologically and financially, as I am afraid their behaviour is going to affect the value of my house. Any suggestions where I might be able to get decent sized bamboo plants at a reasonable price?
Thanks!

Oh my god it's like i could have written your post myself! they had large (5 foot ish?) bamboo plants at b&q but they were £30. Alternatively there is bamboo screening, sold on a roll of 2m x 3m for £13.99 at wilkinsons x0

Bamboo will soon grow like mad any way, so no need to get large plantsEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

I got my bamboo from Ebay - arrived well packed and is doing rather nicely! I think I got 2 six foot plants for around £25 each - I couldn't find any cheaper for established plants.0

I would! They came in a decent sized pot with netting tied around the canes to stop any leaf damage - the ebay member used City Link as couriers as I remember their green and yellow packaging attached to the plants. I am looking for a few more as we have a lovely (!) view of a water tank in our garden so drop me a PM if you decide to flog them and I may well be interested.0 -
you now they grow like a forest , part of my garden looked like south east asia, thought id better get the gurkas in to help find the cat, but i shall pot some up and look into it
no charge for the plants for mse members i think
but the best ones are only 2 foot high at the moment.
