Nusiance phone call

Does anyone know who this number belongs to: 08701182619

They ring me every day and ask to speak to my husband. I say he's not home and they just say it's a courtesy call and they will ring back. They refuse to tell me who they are, and even though I keep saying they need to ring in the evening to speak to him, they ignore me and keep calling during the day.

I just wondered if anyone knew who the number belonged to so we can contact them and tell them to stop ringing us.

You could always just try saying you are your husband. My Mum phoned up card company for me a while back and they didn't seem to question it - no problem. I can't remember if she said she was me or not thou, but its pretty obvious.

He hasn't applied for a loan recently, and he hasn't got any outstanding debts.

I got a call today from 01502 573387 but it said it was missed, when my phone was diverted to the home number - impossible to miss it unless we're on the phone at the time!

Anyhoo . . . any idea what this number might be please, oh Wonderful MSE'rs?

I tried Google on mine, but just found one comment from someone saying they thought it was a loan company.
