Terms & Conditions

1. The prize consists of five Thomson Holiday vouchers worth up to the value of £1,000, which can be redeemed against a Thomson Holiday departing any time before April 2010. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. If the total holiday cost is more than £1000, the winner will have to pay the difference. There will be no reimbursement for any part of the £1000 that is not spent in one booking.

2. It is a condition of purchase of a Thomson Holiday that, at the time of purchase, the winner has adequate travel insurance cover. If the winner declines to purchase the insurance as offered by the Promoter, details of their existing arrangements must be supplied and must provide coverage at least equivalent to the policy offer by the Promoter. Insurance can be purchased using the vouchers supplied as the prize in this competition.
3. By entering this competition, you are consenting to us using your information to contact you by e-communications with information on the latest offers, products or services which we believe may be of interest to you from Thomson or other holiday divisions within TUI Travel Plc and agree to have read and understood our Privacy Policy. If you would not like to hear from us, please add the words 'no contact' to the email that you send us.
4. The winner will be selected at random on the 17th April. Thomson's decision will be final. Winners will be notified by email by the 20th April. If you have won, you will be given a telephone number to call to claim your prize. If contact cannot be made within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Thomson of any change in contact information. If you are a winner, you must claim your prize within 28 days of being notified.

5. The prize is for use by the winner only and is not transferable.

6. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK.

7. If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the Prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter.
8. The promoter is Thomson Holidays a trading division of TUI UK Limited, of TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, RH10 9QL. (The Promoter) ATOL 2524.

9. Details of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the promoter (New Media, Columbus House, Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8TT) after the 25th of every month.

10. Entry implies acceptance of these rules and conditions. Only one entry permitted per person. Thomson does not take responsibility for any lost entries.

11. Thomson reserves the right to withdraw these offers without notice.
12. The competition excludes employees of TUI Travel and their immediate families.
