Sports and Leisure Direct Debit - wasn't me

Whilst doing my regular checks of my direct debits I found a new one that didn't look right. Although I have signed up for 3 new diect debits recently, this one just didn't seem to fit the bill (mortgage, life ins and furniture). After a chat with Cahoot they told me it was to a Bank of Scotland account (diffinately not one of mine). Another person I spoke to also said she had the same direct debit showing up on her account even though she'd not set anything up. Do Abbey have a little problem at the moment and should we all be worried or just extra vigilant?
