Barclaycard Online Registration

Hi all Experts,
Can anyone tell me am I the only person in the UK having problem registering an online Barclaycard account due to the reason (so it says) it only work in Internet Explorer version 5.5 or 6.0. Not even 6.0.0.9.1.2......?
I've been struggling with this issue for over 2 months even revert my Internet Explorer to an older version. But it still not working and the customer service simply not helping. All they say they simply can't do anything about it!!!!
I desperately need the Experts advice to help me with this... please? Many thanks.

I have been using IE7 on their site for nearly a year so it can't be your browser.
I have noticed difficulty signing in the last couple of days. Think they're having problems.0
