Correct me if I am wrong but if ANY COMPANY gives you a free entry to a prize draw promotion they HAVE TO BY LAW give you a chance to enter the prize draw with no purchase of the product.

In the T&C it should give you details how to do this.

If you have answer a question or do a tiebreaker or both you will have to buy the product in question.

Yes.... that is what this thread is about.... entering without having to buy the product...

I noticed that if your numbers come up, you actually win a share of the prize.... so I guess they have bought a selection of tickets and possibly a few people will have the same numbers.....

How much does the txt that they send you cost?

Will they sign u up to txts that cost £1.50 all the time?
If this post helped you Please say thanks :)
  • Participants who do not wish to be contacted in relation to products and services by the promoter or third parties should check the box indicated on the promotion website.

    Can anyone find this box?
    I can't...

I'd rather my number wasn't passed on to all and sundry!

Maybe they mean the box you tick to agree with the terms & conditions? I can't find any other box. I've just done it though and have received my lotto numbers. Just checked my credit on mobile and it hasn't cost a penny. :D

Signed up to this yesterday using a new disposable e-mail address, but obviously my real mobile number. Received my first spam e-mail to that account today. Obviously I don't care about spam to that account, but I won't be a happy bunny if I start getting calls and texts to my mobile through this. T&Cs state they will only circulate your details if you win and claim a prize (and don't opt out), do they not?

For what it's worth I found the box - you have to scroll down to the bottom of the T&Cs. Unfortunately, after you have signed up, the box disappears when you look at the T&Cs after logging in, and you can't re-register the account. Hopefully, they will respond to an opt-out request by e-mail.

Any ideas for an email address to contact them - I didn't check the box, d'oh!
Can't see one on first glance at the T&Cs...

Has anybody thought about how they are going to pay the winners? I'll bet they give it to you as credit against the 118 888 service using the telephone number you gave them when you gave them your details. I suppose they could pay out if any of their tickets won one of the larger prizes, but can you imagine how they would distribute your share of £10 when there's dozens of other people to share it with? Also, they say they will be buying 10,000 lottery tickets per week, but they don't say whether the numbers will be different on every ticket do they?

Oh well, I suppose we'll find out on Saturday what the catch really is.
