right before downloading this ,. u should know its a beta (still in testing) and if u dont know much about firefox then i advise stick with the 1.0.6 final release version,.

there are more working plugin's for firefox Deer Park then firefox 1.0.6 (that i use) thats why im using Deer Park,. and im using it on my Mac with out any problems at all, so i dont know if its buggy for PC users

u can install it and still have the normal firefox,. u just cant use both of them on the same profile at the same time,.

It's just the next version of Firefox given a codename because it isn't ready for release yet.

But you should read what it says on that page very carefully. It seems very stable but it is alpha (still under testing)

Your fav extensions/Theme may not work - I had to disable a couple of mine to make it work properly

I'm using it on my pc... but i've seen it running on OS X 10.4... i can't imagine it would be too different.

Using now, faster than 1.6 firefox and at present quite stable. Thanks to O.P

Cant understand it, my copy seems to have morphed back into 1.0.6. Probably because I did not delete this when installing.
