right before downloading this ,. u should know its a beta (still in testing) and if u dont know much about firefox then i advise stick with the 1.0.6 final release version,.
there are more working plugin's for firefox Deer Park then firefox 1.0.6 (that i use) thats why im using Deer Park,. and im using it on my Mac with out any problems at all, so i dont know if its buggy for PC users
u can install it and still have the normal firefox,. u just cant use both of them on the same profile at the same time,.

Just before I run the program, could you explain in Idiot Proof language what this will do. I am very familiar with mozilla firefox regular browser...
many thanks0 -
It's just the next version of Firefox given a codename because it isn't ready for release yet.silverfoxdude wrote:Just before I run the program, could you explain in Idiot Proof language what this will do. I am very familiar with mozilla firefox regular browser...

Here are the release notes
But you should read what it says on that page very carefully. It seems very stable but it is alpha (still under testing)
Your fav extensions/Theme may not work - I had to disable a couple of mine to make it work properlyHere's what's new in Deer Park Alpha 2:- Software update system to streamline product upgrades (currently disabled)
- Faster browser navigation with improvements to back and forward button performance
- Drag and drop reordering for browser tabs
- Improvements to popup blocking
- Better support for Mac OS X (10.2 and greater)
- Several security enhancements
- List of notable bug fixes

edit.
Cant understand it, my copy seems to have morphed back into 1.0.6. Probably because I did not delete this when installing.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
