Bread Machines - 4 those in the know

Hi

I keep reading the posts about the bread making machines... Now I've never tried one, never tried HM bread, but I could do with a comprehensive Idiots Guide to Bread Making and Which one to choose, (I assume there are many on the market)

All help, gratefully received

p.s if there is a previous thread, i cannee find it, but if you know, I'll read that, thanks x

We have a large thread on breadmakers which includes hints and tips, troubleshooting and discussions on the merits of various machines.

The thread is indexed too - kept in our Indexed Collections.
