This coulda been a vent, but isn't now!
I went to Nandos with my friend on Friday, and she's allergic to egg so she specifically asked for no mayonnaise on her burger. They said that would be OK. Then, when it came it had mayonnaise! So she told the waiter, who took it away, took out the salad, and brought it back still with mayonnaise on. So she had to take it back again!
We also had to wait ages to be seated and then were waved vaguely towards our table rather than shown nicely.
So I filled out a complaints form on their website yesterday evening, and today I got a phonecall asking me about it! The woman said she's gonna look into it and get back to me :T Not bad, considering it's a sunday today!
