Ironing board pads?
Comments
-
Hi
Hope I'm in the right place....
My ironing board is in serious need of some new 'padding' - the cover is fine but the spongy bit underneath has given up the ghost.
Can someone suggest an OS way of replacing/repairing the spongy bit, please?
Thanks

Sorry ... no advice about your ironing board.
But I must share my theory that after wearing a garment for a little while, your body heat makes the creases drop out anyway!
I haven't ironed for years! :jBest wins: ITV Real Deal CASH,Trip to Lapland.0 -

This had me giggling. I once worked for someone who swore that the creases 'fell-out' of most fabrics and ironing wasn't necessary. She paraded some wonderfully crumpled, creased, ragamuffin outfits week by week:DLife's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -

I remember we used to have old sheets or blankets underneath the cover on our ironing board......Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -

We've an older thread on just this subject, so I'll add yours to it to keep suggestions together.
I must admit, I loath housework, but
ironing. Great excuse for a DVD
